Journal Mailbox Importer Settings and Information

Each journal mailbox importer is associated with its own settings and folder management options, so you can define account credentials for accessing the journal mailbox, polling frequency and how to handle messages that are not - or cannot be - archived.

These options are available when a journal mailbox importer is selected (either from the console tree or within the importers tab):

• The general tab is used to define basic name and descriptive information for the journal mailbox importer.

• The settings tab is used for key settings such as account credentials and polling frequency.

• The folder management tab is used to determine how to handle messages that are not - or cannot be - archived.
