Template editor - toolbar variations
When working with the template editor, each template is created in three formats - HTML, RTF and Plain Text. You must define all three formats for each template; this ensures that all scenarios are catered for.
With Exclaimer Signature Manager Office 365 Edition, creating different versions of a template is made simple, using the HTML, RTF and Plain Text tabs at the top of the template editor. When a tab is selected, toolbar options are updated to show options that are relevant for that format.
