Accessing existing signature policies

Within Exclaimer Signature Manager Office 365 Edition, existing signature policies are accessed via the Exclaimer console tree, or by using policy tabs from other branches of the console tree.

Navigating policies using the console tree

All work with signature policies is completed from the Signature Manager Office 365 Edition branch of the Exclaimer console tree:

From here, select any signature policy from the tree and right-click to view actions that can be taken with that policy:

Having selected a signature policy from the tree, use the content pane to access all setup options and actions from the content pane:

Navigating policies using policy tabs

Existing signature policies can also be accessed from other branches of the console tree, via a policies tab:

The policies tab is available from the Signature Manager Office 365 Edition branch and also the signature policies branch of the console tree.

The sequence in which policies are listed in these tabs is the same as the sequence shown in the console tree. It is important to note that policies are processed in the order that they are listed here. You can use move up / move down / move to top / move to bottom options to change the sequence of this list.
