Sender Title

The message sender's job title.

Sender Department

The department in which the message sender works.

Sender Company

The company for whom the message sender works.

Sender Manager Display Name

The name of the message sender's manager.

Sender Manager E-mail

The email address of the message sender's manager.

Sender Manager E-mail (as hyperlink)

The email address of the message sender's manager, presented as a hyperlink.

This information is taken from your Active Directory; therefore it is only available where the sender/recipient is inside your Active Directory.  If the sender/recipient is outside of your Active Directory, these fields will be blank.  The names given are those in Active Directory. As such it is possible that one organization may use the department field to indicate a genuine address, whilst another may use this field for something completely different.
