This information is taken from your Active Directory; therefore it is only available where the sender/recipient is inside your Active Directory. If the sender/recipient is outside of your Active Directory, these fields will be blank. The names given are those in Active Directory. As such it is possible that one organization may use the office field to indicate a genuine office name, whilst another may use this field for something completely different. |
