Address Block |
A block of address information for the sender in tabular form. Includes street, city, state/province and zip/postal code. Once an address block has been added, double-click anywhere inside it to open the content window: Items in the address block will vary between different regions (the default is for US style). You can easily change the region (and thus items in the address block) using the regional format property, shown below: |

This information is taken from your Active Directory; therefore it is only available where the sender/recipient is inside your Active Directory. If the sender/recipient is outside of your Active Directory, these fields will be blank. The names given are those in Active Directory. As such it is possible that one organization may use the P.O Box field to indicate a box number, whilst another may use this field for something completely different. |
